- Developed over a 3-year sourcing and testing process.

We aim to present products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to device display settings.

Ordering & Payment

Full payment is required before dispatch.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.

• An order confirmation will be emailed after purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours
• Delivery times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & 60-Day Warranty

Returns

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days provided:

- Items remain in original condition and packaging.
- You notify us before returning the item.
- Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

60-Day Warranty

All Elegance Hair Extensions come with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If you believe the hair is faulty:
- You must notify us within the 60-day warranty period.
- All of the hair must be returned for testing and inspection.
- Warranty applies only when our aftercare guidelines are followed.

Hair that has been chemically treated, bleached, coloured, or misused is not covered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear supporting photos.

Lifespan & Aftercare

Our hair extensions can last up to 12 months with proper care.

Lifespan depends on application, aftercare, and lifestyle factors.

We recommend following our Aftercare Guide for best results.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure order details are correct at checkout.

Follow our aftercare instructions to maintain hair quality.

Extensions should be fitted by a qualified professional.
